This is the Privacy Statement and Policy (“Privacy Statement”) for www.NWORX.ai website (“Site”/“Website”) as well as the mobile application (collectively referred to as “NWORX”), a Leadership Development software platform owned and operated by Designs In Change Technology Private Limited (collectively “DICTPL”/, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT, AND HOW WE USE IT
NWORX collects information from you when you create your account on NWORX, If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to create an account for NWORX, request copies of publications; seek additional information regarding our services. Some of NWORX registration, enrollment, account setup and other forms may ask you to give us contact information, unique personal identifiers, subject areas of interest and/or demographic information. We may use this data to tailor your experience at NWORX with relevant NWORX materials or, if applicable, to assess candidacy and qualifications for employment with NWORX. We sometimes aggregate demographic information, and the types of systems and browsers of users for internal purposes, so that we may better understand the NWORX’s user population, identify subject areas of interest, and determine whether NWORX is designed to work with the computer settings of most of our visitors. Any personal information that is provided, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, subject areas of interest etc., allows NWORX to inform you about updates to the service and to notify you about other products and services offered by NWORX that may be of interest to you. We will not sell, share, or rent or otherwise make available any of that information to other parties, except that we may disclose the information to third parties who perform services on our behalf and have a need to access the information in connection with those services. MOBILE APPLICATIONS
When you are using a NWORX mobile application, NWORX may obtain information from or access data stored on your device, to provide services related to the relevant mobile application. NWORX uses this information to deliver requested application services, to continue to improve our mobile applications, and to facilitate participation. For example, when you are using a NWORX mobile application, we may access your camera to allow you to upload photographs to the mobile service. NWORX may also collect information from your usage of the mobile application to collect your usage pattern.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or if required by law or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymized form for analytical and research purposes.
MARKETING
From time to time, we may send you information regarding services, publications, products and events that we perceive may be of interest to you or your business. You may receive this information by hardcopy mailing or email. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further communications from us in any or all forms (except in connection with information, products, publications, events or services that you specifically request), you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by means of a link provided in every e-mail that is sent to you by us.

Personal information collected by NWORX may be stored and processed in the India or in any other country where NWORX or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers maintain facilities. When you provide personal information to NWORX, you consent to the processing and transfer of your information within the India and around the world. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION OR DATA
Your information or data will primarily be stored in electronic form however certain data can also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than Republic of India but under full compliance with applicable laws. We may enter into agreement with third parties (in or outside of India) to store your information or data. These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard your information or data and we will on commercial reasonable basis require from such third parties to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard your information / data.
RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Access to your data processed in NWORX is restricted to:
• authorized users at your Employer who have accountability and/or responsibility for managing the data internally; and
• authorized staff of NWORX’s may also have access to your personal information when carrying out data analysis or technical maintenance on the service. Disclosure of your personal information is subject to appropriate technical and organizational protections of your personal information set out in a written contract. You may request a copy of such contractual clauses by contacting your Employer’s human resources department.
• a small number of service providers that may perform some tasks as part of providing our service; not all providers are used for all Employers. The types of services are:
• Cloud hosting: Our data, processing, and service are hosted in the cloud.
• Email delivery: we use a service to send you email, such as invitations to take the survey, your results, and nudges.
• Support tickets: we use several providers to route and handle trouble tickets that you file.
• Log analysis: we use a service to analyze a limited amount of site traffic and weblog data (e.g. to alert engineers when a server isn’t working correctly, to plan when we should buy more server capacity) and debug issues.
Except where you are explicitly told otherwise prior to providing your response, your survey answers are anonymized and your line manager, as well as other Employer personnel, will not have access to those individual responses. Only aggregated data will be presented to your Employer, in such a way that no answer should be traceable back to an individual. Your Employer and NWORX also reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, or when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, request from a regulator or any other legal process served on your Employer. In the event that your Employer or NWORX is subject to a takeover, divestment or acquisition, they may disclose employees’ personal information to the new owner of the business.
E-MAIL ADDRESS
We may collect e-mail addresses at the point of subscription from users who wish to receive e-mail notification of publications and press releases in identified subject areas of interest, and/or those who send use-mail messages or express interest regarding our services or employment opportunities or register for conferences and other NWORX-sponsored events. We will not, however, share any e-mail addresses with any third party or send unsolicited e-mail to any of the addresses we collect, except in very limited circumstances as set forth in this Privacy Statement.

understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, particularly in their online interactions.
